Mloukhieh

Introduction:
The " Mloukhieh ", high-fiber food, contains vitamin A & B, iron, calcium, potassium, magnesium, sodium and phosphorus

Preparation mode:
  • Add to 5 cups of boiling water, 2 breasts and 2 legs of chicken, 3 minced onions and salt.
  • While boiling, remove the thin white layer on top of the water.
  • Add white pepper and sweet spices.
  • Remove and mince the chicken when done.
  • Add it to the content of "Al-Rabih" Mloukhieh can washed.
  • Add 3 cloves of hashed garlic, minced Coriander leaves and lemon juice.
  • Heat 20 minutes.

Tips:
Serve with steamed rice, grilled Lebanese pita bread and minced onions marinated in vinegar.

Usually, the rice is served first, then the chicken, the grilled bread and the mloukhieh on top with onion-vinegar mix.
