Green broad beans

Introduction:
The plat is rich in fibers, vitamine C, magnesium.

Preparation mode:
  • Wash and drain the content of "Al-Rabih" Green broad beans can.
  • Fry 2 minced onions in 2 big spoons of olive oil
  • Add minced Coriander leaves, 2 cloves of hashed garlic and a pinch of salt.
  • Add to the mixture the Green broad beans, a cup of rice and 2 cups of water.
  • Keep on fire for 25 minutes.
  • Add salt to taste.

Tips:
Serve with pickles and onions.
